Tread Lightly, My Son
Tread lightly, my son, they are counting on you.
Tread lightly, my son, no one but He knows the glimpse of your future.
Tread lightly, my son, the water beckons and pulls but don’t let it capture you.
Tread lightly, my son, consider the ones that call you by name and listen.
Tread lightly, my son, ten years and counting and your days of boyhood are coming to a close.
Tread lightly, my son, you have but one heart to give.
Tread lightly, my son, though you shall venture far, the miles should not break you.
Tread lightly, my son, choose to breech the surface and walk where no one has dared.
The sea and the sky shall be your guide.
